This role will be management of the life cycle process from Inception (pre contract) through Implementation concluding with close out and “BAU” Business as usual integration. Acting as the SME across the project activities and supporting the client with dedicated business expertise supported via the resource market expert(s) and supporting business development.
The activities include but are not limited to:
Demonstrate and deliver the management duties as “client trusted advisor” in support of the project / program efforts to the client (s) and key stakeholders.
Facilitating senior level engagements and managing client relationships.
Delivery of the process, within often complex, multi siloed work streams and ability to communicate and influence across both internal CBRE Global Management, Regional Teams and demands alongside multiple client stakeholders, requests and needs in order to derive the key requirements and delivery “team” modal to client success.
Executing appropriate research methodologies and ensuring accuracy of quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Ability to self-manage and prioritize work load as required.
Developing strategic recommendations and building consensus with senior leaders.
Review, analyze and determine client priority demands from verbal briefing, assimilate information to a cohesive executive summary aligned to the resources required to complete the delivery of the project / program
Influence skills both from client perspective as well as mentor the team to ensure positive approach to the project / program needs as required.
Developing change management strategies.
Pursuing and participating in business development activities.
Developing written proposals and workplans.
Traveling to client sites across the U.S. (up to 50% at peak periods).

7+ years of credible, related work experience in the field of real estate, design or consulting
Undergraduate degree required (graduate degree preferred)
In-depth knowledge of the field of workplace strategy
Leadership capabilities including conflict management and strong interpersonal skills
Strong client-service oriented work ethic
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Passion for strategic and creative problem solving
Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfort in translating large data sets into compelling findings
Ability to present and articulate ideas and analyses
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Outstanding listening skills
Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and complex challenges
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams
Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Microsoft Project
Experience working with other software preferred (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD/Revit)
