EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent work experience.
Requires technical knowledge, training and understanding of the job's requirements. Typically possesses 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational and analytical skills . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Microsoft office experience required (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
Experience with enterprise databases, such as SQL Server, is a plus.
Knowledge/experience with GIS and/or Python is a plus.
