The primary responsibility of a GPMO analyst is to support internal consulting delivery focused in the areas of change management, operations improvement, or organizational design within the Global Program Management Office (Global PMO). As an analyst, you will focus on key portions of client projects and work towards leading a team or work stream. You will conduct analyses, interview clients and their customers, plan and support workshops, provide data to support conclusions and recommendations, or contribute to the design and implementation of large-scale organizational change programs. You will get extensive training to help build your core consulting skills and will receive ongoing feedback and mentoring from teammates and mentors. The primary goal is to support a team partnering with CBRE departments to drive impactful business results that change the top and bottom line.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review market and CBRE proprietary reports on clients’ key markets, customers, competitive dynamics and overall business performance
Communicate clearly and succinctly. Crystalize and effectively summarize, verbally and in writing, results of research, analyses and client-related efforts while being active and articulate in internal meetings and presentations
Conduct reliable research and analyses. Understand and execute hypotheses-driven problem solving
Know and understand how to use GPMO’s tools, methodologies and accelerators and play an active role transferring relevant knowledge to clients

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, technology, industrial engineering, organizational psychology or related fields
Minimum of 1-3 years work or internship experience, new graduates encouraged
Real estate or other financial service industry experience preferred
Good knowledge of technology/digital trends
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES
Certification in the following disciplines are highly desirable:
• Lean Six Sigma
• Agile Methodology Certification (i.e. CSM)1`
• ProSci / Change Management
Executive communications skills and presence are required.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
Ability to create power point presentations, and documents that concisely communicate key messages.
Ability to actively participate in conversations virtually and in person to make effective and persuasive presentations.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles, especially at the project or program level.
Ability to review complex financial/business analysis and reports.
Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and prepare/present that data succinctly as directed by senior project personnel.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel based analysis with exposure to data visualization techniques with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
