Client Strategy and Consulting Analyst|
The purpose of this position is to
conduct a variety of analyses for the development of deliverables focused on
real estate strategies in support of Verizon.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
quantitative and qualitative analysis for a range of deliverables,
including market plans, scenario options, process improvements, management
practices, and business unit communications.
development of more complex analysis (e.g. market views, market dynamics,
benchmarking, portfolio utilization, etc.) related to specific
professional supporting documentation in a variety of formats. (e.g.
Microsoft suite products, etc.).
synthesizes, and presents research on industry best practice, benchmarks,
and other issues of concern to the client. Prepares preliminary
cost saves from CBRE initiatives, nationally and regionally, as required.
data sets and run quarterly calls to identify which projects will need a
research package and those that do not.
project stage processing in proprietary data management portal (create
project, move project from stage to stage, etc..)
with local brokers to inform analysis and develop market reports.
No formal supervisory
responsibilities in this position.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Master’s Degree from four-year college or university preferred. Minimum
3+ years of related experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Real Estate license not required but preferred, unless required by the

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Strong understanding of principles of information design and display and
ability to create compelling documentation and deliverable. Proficient use of Microsoft
Office Suite Products required. Tableau preferred.
