+ Collaborate with others in Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering to assure overall regulatory compliance\.
+ Apply your mentality of flawless execution to all endeavors, including CAPA investigations, supplier audits and follow\-up investigations, corporate holds, facilitation of the Material Review Board and satisfying customers\.
+ Lead your QA Technician team of direct reports and provide career development and mentoring\.
+ Implement improvement training in SPC, Five\-Why, and FDA regulations\.
+ Use your analytical skills to facilitate root cause andcorrective/preventiveactions for nonconforming materials\.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelorâ€™s degree from an accredited university with 2 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering\.
+ Demonstrated mathematical ability and exposure to SPC, DOE, FMEA and/or Minitab\.
Nice to have:
+ MDD, ISO13485 and CMDR experience
+ FDA Regulated Industry experience as well as applicable Quality System Standards and Regulations experience
+ Project Management experience
+ Six Sigma Training/Lean Manufacturing Training

Quality Engineering is responsible for product and service quality planning, evaluation and control\. Works cross\-functionally in the development and implementation of prevention based methodologies used in design, manufacturer, test, sustainability and correction of products and services\.
