Consumer Acquisition Manager
Lead the execution strategy to increase business growth through marketing and field business activities. Oversee the day-to-day processes of sales vendors to deliver on strategy. Experiment and implement innovative solutions to drive market performance. Work with the Google Fiber Marketing team to coordinate the execution of the local marketing plan. Coordinate with the Market Events team to plan and manage events. Develop and build relationships with local neighborhood and property managers to deliver programs and events that drive new subscribers. Track progress towards acquisition goals and generate business reports. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree in Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations and/or Marketing. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and developing/executing strategies to work towards business goals. Experience hiring, managing and leading teams. Preferred qualifications: MBA or Masters degree in Business Strategy. 2 years of experience in telecommunications/cable residential sales operations. Experience working with Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills, with strong public speaking capabilities.
