**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

In your role as a Senior Integrated Promotions Manager at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

+ Ability to translate Business Unit and Integrated Marketing strategy into execution of events that drive brand equity, effectively incorporate partner equity and drive sales/customer support of targeted brands, or a portfolio of brands.

+ Consistently drive cross-functional alignment and integrate other functions (including brand marketing, sales, shopper marketing, experience planning and insights) & other BU’s into Integrated Marketing activation.

+ Manage financial planning process & budgets for assigned programs

+ Understand and effectively communicate risk & opps for assigned programs

+ Fully participate in and lead portions of the planning process (strategies through plans) effectively delivering programs that contribute toward Kellogg’s growth goals, and are aligned to strategic objectives.

+ Inclusive of shopper segmentation learning, insight development, behavioral problem identification and agency briefing

+ Formally present, as part of the planning process, to senior Kellogg leadership

+ Manage the creative development process for integrated marketing (shopper centric) programs.

+ Manage Promotion/Shopper agency partners- including scope of work for assigned programs across channels, ensuring omni-channel commercialization is built into program design.

+ Inclusive of Promotions/shopper agency, premium agency, and other external agencies as needed.

+ Manage the partnership development process with outside partners, including terms, contract development, cross-functional alignment and internal approvals.

+ Directly contribute to Kellogg market share, net sales and operating profit targets via flawless execution of Integrated Marketing platforms.

+ Identify potential obstacles with commercialization of programs and recommend solutions to mitigate/resolve issues.

+ Deliver post analysis and key learning from assigned programs to build learning for the future.

**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Marketing and to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Experience managing people/teams

+ Experience leading projects cross-functionally

+ Experience in creating marketing, sales, promotion or shopper marketing strategy/plans

+ Experience in managing creative agencies

+ The ability to effectively engage and interact with business unit, country and area marketing and sales leadership teams and Company executives

+ Ability to manage conflicting agendas and drive for objective, fact based resolution of debate

+ Strong verbal and written communication

Preferred:

+ MBA or Master’s Degree

**WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?**

+ Up to 20% of travel is required for this role

+ Flexibility to work extended hours at times when required to deliver results and meet critical deadlines
