Education: - Candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information systems with 5+ year's relevant business operations and process development background.
Minimum Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational, leadership, and program management - Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in storage protocols SATA, SAS, or PCIe a plus

This is a leadership position and provides opportunities to drive transformational change within the Firmware/Software Engineering organization FSE in NSG. The successful candidate will help lead the organization, provide counsel to management to assist with and drive operational excellence, understand and communicate plans and measure performance to goals. Focus areas will include space planning, budget and headcount management, project analysis and indication management for multiple projects. This will involve working closely FSE partners to ensure alignment and readiness of key objectives Anticipate issues and solve problems effectively and help position the organization for success Own or champion projects as the environment dictates. This ranges from strategically focused items to opportunities with specific needs with a very strong focus on meeting the organizational goals Track and ensure completion of key ARs * Individual responsibilities include but are not limited to: lead execution of group level business processes such as HC/BTI/Capital forecasting and tracking PLAN/POR. Develop, track and analyze group level performance indicators Operations stakeholder management with key partner organizations across Firmware Software Engineering organization.
