Intra Group Sales Business Manager|
Manages the provision of technical, project management and/or operational support for assigned large and/or complex business area of the Bank, ensuring timely and accurate responses to business and/or functional unit needs. Serves as team leader and subject matter expert for complex problem-solving/business continuity and developing systems, processes and products.

Ensure timeliness and accuracy of responses, adherence to internal policies and external regulations and maximized contribution to economic profit.
Manage the identification of opportunities to automate or modify activities or procedures to increase efficiency and maintain a competitive advantage. Manage the compilation, production and distribution of reports on area activities.
Serve as business subject matter expert for writing specifications for systems, process and product enhancements. Assist with resolution of complex systems, process or product-related problems.
Customers / Stakeholders
Meet with senior business and functional management to discuss and respond to their needs for technical, project management and/or operational support.
Manage relationships with vendors, including contract negotiations and setting of performance standards as appropriate.

Operational Effectiveness & Control
Manage the provision of technical, project management and/or operational support, often through management of cross-functional teams, for a large and/or complex business area of the Bank. Develop and execute test plans and complete time cost estimates.
Ensure compliance monitoring and internal controls are in place, including processes for management of operational risk, in accordance with Company and regulatory standards.
To implement the Group compliance policy locally by containing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators.
Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.
May manage a cross-functional team in the analysis, design and implementation of changes to the Company’s multi-delivery network, products, processes and systems. Provides consultative and problem resolution support for the business’ products, processes and systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of seven years proven and progressive project management experience or equivalent supporting assigned businesses or functions or equivalent.
Bachelors degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience.
Strong problem-solving, lateral thinking, communications, project management, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the business and functional units supported, their products, services and processes and pertinent regulations impacting their delivery.
Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools.
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative, technical solutions.
Ability to develop project budgets and projections.
